Local MOT Test All Makes/Models
For the majority of vehicles over 3 years old an MOT test is a legal requirement, for private passenger vehicles, taxis and ambulances it is over 1 year old. An MOT test makes sure that your motor vehicle fulfils the minimum standard of roadworthiness which keeps you, your passengers and other vehicle drivers safe.
Our MOTs are very competitively priced and completed to the finest standards by our authorised local Wakefield MOT test centres and in most cases you can have a same day MOT test.
No Re-test Charges
In the event that your vehicle fails its MOT with us, we will quote you the price to get it through. Should you opt for us to do the repairs then we’ll not charge you a re-test fee. If you opt to have your vehicle fixed somewhere else and return for your re-test within 10 working days then a ₤10 re-test fee will be charged. If you come back after the 10 working days then the full MOT price will be charged.
No Simple MOT Failures
If anything trivial causes a fail (such as a blown bulb for example) we’ll repair it at the time of the MOT test examination process – minimising unnecessary failures.
No Obligation Quote For Repair Work
In the worst case, if your vehicle needs to have some repair work completed in order to pass the MOT, we will give you a written, fixed price, quotation prior to tackling any work. The quote is without obligation and you are free to take your car elsewhere for the repair work if you would prefer, as mentioned previously repairs that have been done someplace else will incur a ₤10 MOT re-test fee and need to be brought back for re-testing inside of 10 working days.
Notification And Reminders
When your MOT test is complete, fail or pass, we will call, email or text you immediately to tell you the outcome. Our team could also send you a complimentary courtesy reminder via email or text about a month before your MOT is due to expire next year if you would like us to.
